Website Information
This website provides general information about RNR products, services, testing and industrial applications. Website content is not a guaranteed offer, specification, treatment result or regulatory determination. Product availability, packaging, pricing, freight, lead times and technical recommendations are subject to confirmation in a written quotation, invoice, purchase order or separate agreement.
Quotes and Orders
No website inquiry, sample request or quotation request creates a binding sales agreement. An order becomes binding only when accepted by RNR under the terms stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order acknowledgment or written agreement.
Current pricing, freight, taxes, payment terms, product availability and delivery estimates will be stated in the applicable transaction documents. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement or an accepted quotation or invoice, the transaction-specific document controls.
Product Selection and Testing
Industrial wastewater, sludge and liquid waste vary substantially in chemistry and physical characteristics. Product performance and dosage depend on factors including solids content, salinity, pH, oils, hydrocarbons, dissolved constituents, temperature, mixing and the required final condition.
Sample testing, laboratory evaluations, demonstrations and dosage estimates are intended to assist product selection and planning. They do not guarantee identical full-scale results. Customers are responsible for confirming product performance under their actual operating conditions before full-scale use.
Customer-Supplied Samples
Customers are responsible for accurately identifying and lawfully packaging, labeling and shipping any wastewater, sludge or other material sent to RNR. Do not send hazardous, infectious, radioactive or otherwise regulated material without RNR’s prior written approval and appropriate shipping arrangements.
Regulatory and Disposal Responsibility
RNR does not determine whether a customer’s waste is hazardous, nonhazardous or acceptable at a particular treatment, transportation, reuse or disposal facility. Customers remain responsible for waste characterization, permits, regulatory compliance, worker safety, transportation requirements and receiving-facility acceptance.
Paint Filter Test, TCLP, discharge, reuse and similar requirements are determined by applicable regulations, laboratories, permitting authorities and receiving facilities. RNR product recommendations do not replace required regulatory testing or professional environmental advice.
Safety Data and Handling
Customers must review the applicable Safety Data Sheet and follow appropriate storage, handling, personal-protective-equipment and disposal practices. Products must be used only for appropriate industrial applications and according to confirmed product information and applicable law.
No Performance Guarantee
Photographs, videos, case examples, laboratory results and demonstrations show particular materials tested under particular conditions. They do not guarantee the same outcome for every waste stream or application. Statements regarding potential savings, reduced dosage, hauling, disposal weight or treatment cost are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement.
Intellectual Property
Website text, photographs, videos, graphics, trademarks, product names and other original content are owned by or licensed to RNR unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, republished, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.
